Heavy plant belonging to Cheshire Demolition at work on the Ford House site in Prestbury. The building has virtually gone now and a completely new view or vista is opening up in the village. In fact, it is a scene that has not been, well – seen, for more than two hundred years when the main street crossed the Bollin via a Ford at this location – hence Ford House. I have made an extensive photographic record of the recent changes and continue to add to this. The image above is an HDR treated one – obviously.
